You work hard to be prepared for race day, but a few simple nutritional mistakes can ruin all that hard work, time and money, and it shouldn’t have to be that way! Come to my talk on “Solving the Ironman and 70.3 Nutrition Mystery” and you will learn all you need to know to make race day nutrition your strength, not a raceday problem.
TO BE CLEAR – I am NOT selling or endorsing any specific nutrition products at this event, that is not the point of the lecture. This is about empowering athletes with knowledge so they can maximize their performance potential, in ways which work best for them individually.

To maximize what you will learn at this lecture, please bring the following with you:
1.) A 2-day log of everything you ate throughout the day, doesn't have to be too detailed
2.) A log of what you ate and drank on your last long ride and run, and approximate calorie totals
These are not required, but will help you to apply the things you learn to your current training and nutritional strategies.
